Strategic Plan 2012-2015
CHJ is a mission driven organization focused on serving incarcerated individuals and their families who are at high-risk for many serious health conditions; these individuals are also at a disadvantage in accessing quality medical care and support services that help them successfully reintegrate back into the community.
CHJ established three strategic goals to support its purpose and implement its vision through 2015.
1) Create and strengthen collaborations with other organizations that have expertise and resources that complement CHJ's, and leverage those partnerships not to duplicate services, but to meet the complex needs of our clients.
2) Expand CHJ's capacity to effectively and consistently communicate with others outside of the organization.
3) Create long-term organizational sustainability, both programmatically, and fiscally.
